Cancellation policy

Pre-season periods:

• 10 days from arrival: 30% penalty on the entire stay
• No-show: penalty equal to the cost of the entire stay

In season:

• After booking: 30% penalty on the entire stay
• 15 days from arrival: 40% penalty on the entire stay
• 5 days from arrival: 90% penalty on the entire stay
• No-show: penalty equal to the cost of the entire stay
