The flavours of Trentino

There is a funny song in Trentino dialect, which, in addition to illustrating how canederli,
the typical dumplings with speck are prepared, also mentions other dishes of the local culinary tradition.
Among the delicious specialties offered as part of half board in our hotel on the Tonale Pass include polenta,
accompanied by an aromatic venison stew, or gnocchi with Casolet,
a Slow Food cheese from Val di Sole that will win you over for its softness.
To enhance each dish, we offer a tempting proposal of regional and Italian wines.
