The high quality of our restaurant is the result of a careful selection of ingredients and a strong connection to the culinary and wine-producing cultures of both Trentino and the Alpine region. Our chef, Roberto Gambarri, has been creating our menu since 1995: from dumplings and gnocchi to cassoulet to grilled venison and wild game casoncei. We also offer vegetarian and gluten-free options.
